Nevarix (“we”, “us”) is an enterprise transformation consultancy serving clients in the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and India. This website, nevarix.co, presents our services and lets you get in touch with our team.

Information we collect

• Contact form — first and last name, email address, phone number, company (optional), subject, and your message. Your IP address is also recorded with the submission for abuse prevention.
• AI assistant (Neva) — the text of the questions you type into the chat. Please do not share confidential or sensitive personal information in the chat.
• We do not require accounts, and we do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about our services
• Send you a confirmation that we received your message
• Operate, secure, and improve the website, including preventing spam and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable

Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of vetted service providers to run this website. They process data only on our behalf and for the purposes described here:

• Supabase — secure storage of contact form submissions
• Resend — delivery of notification and acknowledgement emails
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot and spam prevention on the contact form
• Google (Gemini API) — processing of messages you send to the Neva AI assistant so it can generate a reply
• Our website hosting provider — serving the website itself

The Neva AI assistant

Messages you type into the chat are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response, together with the recent messages of your current conversation. We do not store chat transcripts on our servers, and chats are not linked to your identity. Rate-limiting uses your IP address, held temporarily in server memory only. Google processes chat content under its own API terms; please avoid submitting personal or confidential information in the chat.

Legal bases

Where data-protection law applies (such as the GDPR for visitors in the European Economic Area or the UK, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), we process your information on the basis of your consent (when you submit the contact form or use the chat), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, and compliance with legal obligations.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our business records, after which they are deleted. Chat messages are not stored by us. Email correspondence follows our standard business retention practices.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by the providers listed above.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact page — we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on stored submissions, and bot protection on public forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data proportionately to its sensitivity.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
